Dr. Emily Liska earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas, in 2011. For her undergraduate education, she attended Louisiana State University and Texas A&M University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Liska then spent time in Lexington, Kentucky, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she gained experience in a busy multi-specialty practice. Here she gained knowledge in cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and treating the geriatric population. Dr. Liska has served in philanthropic roles in Houston, Lexington, Pittsburgh and The Woodlands by finding and serving at clinics that allow her to provide free dental care to those in need. While in Pittsburgh, Dr. Liska was featured in a Veterans Leadership Program article documenting her role in providing an entire treatment plan for free to a selected Veteran.
Dr. Liska is well-trained in many areas, including the restoration of single-tooth implants as well as providing implant-supported dentures.
Dr. Liska is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Brazos Valley Dental Association. She loves living and practicing in The Woodlands and feels it is the perfect community for her and her husband to raise their two small children, Katherine and Ben.
